Mama Oqllo : Weaving the Belts
The first of seven ceremonial workshops (The Ñusta Karpay) can be offered as an initiation rite for beginning students of Andean medicine. This initiates the participant in the Inka cosmology, and serves as a way to prepare the “ground” for planting.  During this workshop, participants learn how to use a set of power stones, chumpi khuyas, to re-energize the poq’po (energy body) ; to open the ñawi (energy center 'eyes') in order to cleanse them of heavy emotional energy; to knit the energy belts that encircle each belt (chumpi); and to infuse the subtle body with holy light (sami).

Duration : 4 hours
Number of Attendees:  Minimum of 6, Maximum 22
Cost : $125 per person plus meals and lodging for the practitioner.

The following classes are commitments of time and practice.  They require initiation in, at minimum, Mama Oqllo.
The following classes are considered intermediate classes, and are all designed for misa carriers. However in the spirit of inclusivity, the first class is open to all regardless of whether or not you have a misa.

Each session is designed to teach practices from the Andean altomesayoc (highest ‘priesthood’ practitioner), and participation will deepen your transformation. Many times, the classes that seem very basic are the ones that provide the most intense energetic transmissions, and personal change.

The Inka Pacha : Stepping Outside of Time
This gathering will deepen our understanding of the cosmic forces that source their vital life force (kausay) from the ancestors. We will learn about the different dimensions within the Inka Pacha and understand how to develop a relationship with these inter-dimensional spaces.

There will also opportunities to learn how to work more deeply with the khuya misa and deepen our understanding of the cosmic management regarding the sacred body temple (manqos wasi). Purification ceremonies will also be integral to this class.  Access to spaces outdoors are ideal for practice, but we can also work in an indoor area.

Duration : 4 hours plus shared mealtime
Number of Attendees:  Minimum of 6, Maximum 22
Cost : $125 per person plus meals and lodging for the practitioner

The Misa : Sacred Bundle
Participants bring their medicine bags, which can contain stones, rattles, feathers, incenses, and icons, and are taught how to prepare and carry a misa.  More attention is paid to the subtle energy body.  Can be combined with The Inka Pacha : Stepping Outside of Time, for a full day Master class.

Duration : 4 hours plus shared mealtime
Number of Attendees:  Minimum of 6, Maximum 22
Cost : $125 per person plus meals and lodging for the practitioner

Healing Stones – Chumpi Stones of the Peruvian Shamans
The chumpi stones or khuyas are known as Healing Stones and have been used for centuries by the Q’ero shamans and healers of the high Andes in healing practices, to initiate and pass on lineage rites as well as to connect to the sacred mountains known as Apukuna and Ñusta.

These Healing Stones are connected to the sacred mountains of Peru, carrying the energy held at the temple sites.  They are most commonly used when the Mama Oqllo ceremony installs and weaves the luminous architecture of the body, and in the full Ñusta Initiations.

The chumpi feed and nurture the Light Body so that negative entities and experiences not devour your energy.  The chumpi also provide protection, strengthening the Light Body with the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and pure light.

the Karpays

Hatun Karpays
Nusta Kuna Karpays

The Star Rites:
Q'oto Kuna Karpays
Kinsa Ch'ata Karpays

Hatun Karpays are the 9 initiatory rites for planting energetic "seeds" that will help transform your life through  "ayni" - to live in right relationship  with all living beings.
The intent of the seven  Nusta Kuna Karpays is to soften the heart of both men and women, and to empower women. The "seeds" of light, or energetic cords, make a strong connection to each one of seven goddesses so they can support you when you need it.

The seven sisters,  the Q'oto Kuna, or Pleiades, are known as the home of the Inkan ancestors.  The star people of the Q'oto are regularly in contact with the Inka.  They convey sacred knowledge and energy.
